LetterMark does not appear in Outlook, what should I do?

Although installation of the LetterMark software usually proceeds as expected, occasionally, after installation, the LetterMark software will not appear in Outlook. This can happen for a variety of reasons, most of which are resolved easily. If LetterMark is not appearing in Outlook, but is listed in the All Programs list, try each of the following:

Check Disabled Items List - If Outlook has a problem loading, it will automatically disable its add in programs, including LetterMark.

Reactivate LetterMark - Deactivating and Reactivating LetterMark will fix a variety of issues.

Check for third party software interference - Many Blackberry's, PDA's and other devices include software that links with Outlook.
