Per user configuration data for LetterMark 5.x users is stored in the registry. The following steps will guide you through the process of removing this data, giving the user a clean slate for his or her LetterMark settings. The next time LetterMark is used, it will act as if the user is a new user and has not used LetterMark before. These steps only apply to the user which is currently logged into the computer, not other users on the computer.
