Per user configuration data for LetterMark 5.x users is stored in the registry. The following steps will guide you through the process of removing this data, giving the user a clean slate for his or her LetterMark settings. The next time LetterMark is used, it will act as if the user is a new user and has not used LetterMark before. These steps only apply to the user which is currently logged into the computer, not other users on the computer. If you wish to remove data for multiple users you will need to login as each individual user to do so.
